Graston Technique changes the way soft tissue injuries are treated

Graston Technique® is a unique, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that enables clinicians to effectively address scar tissue, fascial restrictions and range of motion through comprehensive training, resulting in improved patient outcomes.

How does Dr. Owens use the Graston Technique?

A tool assisted soft tissue technique that works to break up scar tissue adhesions, myofascial adhesions, intracellular swelling and inflammation, and promote lymphatic drainage. This technique works great for tendonitis type conditions, chronic and acute myofascial pain syndromes, muscle spasm and sprain/ strain injuries.
